EMERGING IN BLACK
Emerging in Black is a project of A. J. Wright and Associates, Ltd. which brings to the surface tomorrow's great success stories today! Inspired by a project done in the United Kingdom, A.J. Wright, President/CEO of A.J. Wright and Associates, Ltd. wanted to bring to America the gifts, strengths and empowering voices of emerging Black artists across the Diaspora.
Teaming up with The Urban Photographers' Forum, Emerging in Black is compiling a visual and biographical journey of Black talent across America in a table top book entitled: Emerging in Black, a Prelude to Greatness! And on occasion will showcase these talented individuals at various venues across the nation.
Each year, there will be an Emerging in Black awards program giving you the opportunity to see each honoree up close and personal at a culminating event. To nominate someone for the Emerging in Black Project, send us an email to: emerginginblack@ajwright.com.
Nominees must be emerging Blacks in America in any discipline. There is no age requirement. We will send you a nomination form to fill out and return for consideration. Nominations close October of each year.
